A fresh diamond vein and a mouse button are all you start with in Merge Mine – Idle Clicker. Clicking the vein chips out diamonds, and diamonds buy tools. Each tool occupies a slot on a grid, and two of the same type merge into a newer, stronger one. Put a merged tool in a worker slot and it mines on its own, so diamonds keep coming even while you are away.

Three ways to grow the diamond mine faster

  1. Merge whenever two matching tools sit on the grid; it frees a slot and gives you a better tool.
  2. Keep a worker slot filled at all times, because that is the income that runs without your clicks.
  3. Tools get pricier with every purchase, so check the three upgrade options above the grid before buying yet another tool.
